1、If any module of lightning proof has problems in quality, our company provides quality assurance of five years.
2、If any LERDN LDY product of our company doesn’t play its role in lightning protection in the period of validity or leads to the damage to the protected equipment and to people, the insurance company will compensate the direct economic loss. (The details could be seen in the policy.)

We don't undertake to give service to you in conditions below：
1、If the damage results from the incorrect installation, wrong choice of the type and the misuse and abusive use of products, we will not replace the product.
2、We will not replace any product for free if its damage results from your own separation.
3、We will not replace any product free of charge if the damage is caused by the irresistible factors, such natural disasters as flood, earthquake and so on.
